- Because of our vast inventory, 99% of all orders placed before 3:30PM EST, on our website or over will be shipped the same day. We ship all of our products via UPS and as always, all orders over $ 200 will ship free of charge. Free Shipping does NOT apply to hawaii and Alaska.

- Full refunds for returns are only accepted if the item received is defective from the manufacturer. There will be a 15% restocking fee & cost of shipping for all items returned for any other reason. All Tsurumi products come standard with a two years warrantee. We keep extensive records but, ask you to always print out your order and keep it for your records for all warrantee requests. - Ordering
